Legacy talk page course banner for articles created under Wikipedia:India Education Program, which has been discontinued since 2014. Has little use at this point and is contributuing to banner bloat at the top of talk pages. I propose to delete this template as a blatant WP:POVFORK of template {{Infobox aircraft occurrence}} done presumably to get around the template-protected status of the original template. This '_2' version adds fields to the infobox (such as crew names, nationalities, similar incidents etc) that are highly questionable as to whether they belong there. Instead of forking a separate template, a discussion should be started at {{Infobox aircraft occurrence}} on whether new fields, if any, should be added. As of this evening, only two active greyhound racing venues, both in the state of West Virginia, now exist in the United States; as they and Greyhound racing in the United States can easily be linked together without a template, this has now run its course and should be deleted.   • Comment Category:Defunct greyhound racing venues in the United States covers it, or a separate template should be created. Compared to horse racing however, the greyhound industry is undercovered here just because of overall disinterest in the topic, both here and among the general public (not being updated until Saturday, most of the template entires didn't bluelink to begin with, or even redlink.   • Comment Most of them have converted to casinos, though, with the actual greyhound circuit land either sold off to developers, or mothballed. Thus it's no longer a defining characteristic for the former tracks. And as said above the category system or a separate template would cover those venues. You can still have the defunct cat cover it. For the entries you removed I added the defunct category to it. There's no need to have two navboxes for active and former greyhound tracks. Massive navbox of questionable value, mixing fascists from various different eras and widely differing importance, sorted by "region" (somewhat oddly, Belgian Léon Degrelle is classified as from Northern/Northwestern Europe) and then by last name. There's dozens, if not hundreds of further German WW2 era Nazis that could be added, and similar for Spanish and Italian fascists. Whether Donald Trump, who is listed, is a fascist is equally under debate as whether the unlisted Chiang Kai-shek and Björn Höcke are. Technically, categories work much better for this type of things, and mega-navboxes have downsides such as making Whatlinkshere more difficult to use. —Kusma (talk) 11:51, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've classified Léon Degrelle as being from Northern/Northwestern Europe because the article for Belgium says it's located in Northwestern Europe. As for the Donald Trump thing, he was added to the template per Template talk:Fascism#Adding Trumpism to the template a bit ago, though I have been meaning to take the discussion to somewhere that's more active, as I've noticed posts on the page don't often get many responses. I should probably remove that entry from the template for now, though.
