Navigational template for band. No longer serves a navigational purpose as all links it contains are either red or link to redirects to the band article. (Except for one single, but only because it's a cover, and that article doesn't use the template.) Has nothing to with the relations between the Soviet Union and Vietnam. General pop-culture template, used in only three of the articles listed in the template. Mostly red links which won't be created into pages anytime soon. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 16:24, 13 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Not even used in any of the articles it links to, not even at the bottom of the eponymous article. For some reason, the template was created as a redirect to the foreign relations article of the European Union, only then to have been created as a regular foreign relations template.
