  • Oppose. These templates have different meanings. One requests there is no upload to commons, one requests that a local copy is kept after the upload. I don't actually know if uploaders are allowed to make such requests but if they are, both templates should be retained. --Tom (LT) (talk) 22:02, 22 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
    • Anyone can, of course, make such a request, but they carry no more weight than a "please don't edit my article" template would. Sources say SAIAA did not exist yet. From 1907 to 1911 seem to be independent, regional South Atlantic titles, but no formal conference. These templates were made when that was unknown, following information on e. g. CFB data warehouse. Cake (talk) 23:53, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
