This was originally RfD'd, but it was then changed to a template, resulting in a procedural close. It's not useful as a template either, though. Comment. I started it as a redirect, fixed a problem noted because the redirect actually didn't work right, but I'm not going to argue over it. Is having a lowercase equivalent (intended to work like a redirect) for the Template:REVISIONUSER useful? You decide. Wnt (talk) 15:14, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm going to say no, since if it were, the REVISIONUSER magic word wouldn't explicitly be marked case-sensitive in the code. (And if it were useful for some reason, we should change that, rather than making a wrapper template for no reason.) Jackmcbarn (talk) 15:37, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Delete all - no longer required, although creating a general edit notice for the World Cup which can be used across all relevant pages whenever there is a tournament on is a good idea. That's probably a discussion for WT:FOOTBALL though. Giant Snowman 09:19, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - This is already a general editnotice, {{Livescores editnotice}}, I created before world cup after consensus at Talk:2014 FIFA World Cup and it has also been at WT:FOOTBALL (read it here). I have also already seen it at other tournaments if I remember correctly. The pages above are just calling the general template (as a regular template call) and is then displayed on the article, the template must be on these editnotice pages to be shown which is why they existed but can now be removed/deleted. Delete, but either keep Template:Editnotices/Page/2014 FIFA World Cup disciplinary record, Template:Editnotices/Page/Template:2014 FIFA World Cup stadium statistics, Template:Editnotices/Page/2014 FIFA World Cup statistics or turn them into generic templates since they contain info that isn't available in any other template.
