This is a fork of {{Atmospheric sciences}}; whether it was a test or simply abandoned isn't clear, but I think it's fairly likely that the author's intent was to alter it into a sidebar on the subject in question. Given that it is identical to its parent template, if the author doesn't indicate he's planning on picking it back up then it's no big loss if it's deleted for now.
