This is the third time someone has requested undeletion for this exact page, and they have gotten the same responce each time. Last time I asked for a user who can speak the language to give him a note on his userpage that requesting undeletion of hi.wp articles needs to be done at hi.wp, but nobody has taken that up. The draft is not advertising. He's been featured in publications including the NYT, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, and more.

I would like to appeal the deletion.

  Not done This would need to go through WP:Deletion review. That said, I endorse the decision to delete: It's a collection of impressive titles and marketing buzzwords. I'm out of free NYT articles for the month, but Newsweek and Rolling Stone are passing mentions that don't devote a single sentence to the subject. Even if they did, this was not a neutral summary of what they report. Key claims are not supported by any of the sources or based on his company's press releases. For what it's worth, I've emailed the deleted draft's content to Apsmithnyc and told them to please not re-add it to Wikipedia. This would need to be rewritten in its entirety. Sweet_Home_3D

This page was deleted due to 'Unambigous Copyright Infringement', but the primary source of the page is an Open Source project (GPL) https://sourceforge.net/projects/sweethome3d/ It appears that someone is attempting to sell the software on the Apple Store and Amazon. In Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:Alyse Galvin, I was told multiple times that draftspace is an indefinite holding pen for material on topics which one believes could quite possibly be notable someday, contrary to the oft-repeated dogma pushed by a select few editors. Kiehl is currently a state senator-elect. My watchlist has been clogged as of late with other editors pushing their view that this is no different from actually assuming the office. In other words, deletion was premature, especially since the draft was an attempt at an actual biography and the mainspace entry created a few days ago amounts to another POV-pushing exercise, namely "This article exists because this person holds such-and-such title and that's all you need to know, goodbye". So unless you're one of those folks who further desires to maintain Wikipedia as a home for rampant double standards, please restore this draft and merge it with the mainspace article. Agree with Finngall, Actually the reason for which they nominate is that article does'nt have references which make's no sense because old TV series articles have barely references as far i saw in these days, and they give their vote for delete after nominate himself. I had made all the necessary changes and added all the available citations to the article and made it sound lesser like an ad but was unable to delete the proposed deletion message in time, so the article got deleted. The reason for deletion was that it sounded like promotion. However I had no intent of being a promoter or advertising and maybe my lack of experience of article writing made it sound like one.
