I am asking for assistance to restore the page "David M. Schwartz (attorney)" that was speedily deleted on the basis that its content was a copyright violation based on this online page: http://gerstmanschwartz.com/partner-david-m-schwartz/ . However, it occured to me that the page of interest has a "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License" notice at the very bottom of that page. Nice well rounded and referenced informative fork article explaining an important attribute of the ferrolens device on the parent page with plenty of reasoning and explanations given on the talk pages of both articles, not even bothered to counter argument on the AFD which holds a ton of harassment and degrading comments and attempted outing as a mean for AFD, violating WP:OUTING WP:PRIVACY WP:HA POLICIES therefore making the AFD process invalid and highly discriminating and act of harassment on newcomer editor who made haevy re editing on the article as requested and in good faith without appeal from the specific AFD board participants. Also AFD closer Sandstein closed the article as Delete without consensus reached and hasty (there were alternatives suggested and an extension period was aslo requested without appeal) and also made an attempt for outing on his reason given for closing the AFD discussion.   Declined. @Christinam5134: It was deleted three times as unambiguous promotion. Wikipedia is never to be used for promotion or publicity purposes, ever. After the third recreation with your team utterly failing to get the message, the page was protected from recreation.
Also, read WP:MUSICBIO carefully. Tegan Marie must meet at least one of the inclusion criteria listed there. Otherwise, she doesn't merit an article on Wikipedia. You can't have a Wikipedia article if you're up-and-coming, you must have already arrived. She just got signed to a major label. She needs to release two albums under that label before she can have a Wikipedia article.
If, after reading WP:MUSICBIO, you are certain that she meets our inclusion criteria for musical artists, you may ask the administrator who protected it, Jimfbleak (talk · contribs), to consider unprotecting it so you can try again. ~Anachronist (talk) 06:21, 6 August 2018 (UTC)

  • @Bensin: the article does have an image of the book when it was first published, which at least claims to be available under a free licence. What advantage is there to using this image, which is of a 2005 edition of the same book? For the image to be used under fair use it can't be replaceable with a free alternative.
