Currently, 6,484 of a total of 6,820,512 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,595 articles (about 1 in 172.257) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,079 articles (about one in 148.018) which are either good or featured.
