Quite a nice and unusual photo of a seabird

Has this undergone noise reduction? It's well composed, and if it were sharper, I think it would stand a very good chance at FPC. Given the standard set by current bird FPs, I think that generally more detail is expected—most of these shots show, at the least, some feather detail, which here is lacking.
