United States Navy enlisted rate insignia

I have been working on this article for a long time now, I have completely revamped it including the creation of all new images. I would like to put it up for featured but there has been some discussion between myself and a few others as to whether this is a list or an article. So, on top of requesting a peer review I would also like to get a general consensus as to which category this falls into.— WilsBadKarma ^(Talk) 07:50, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

• In response to the Auto peer review;
  • I have delinked the three years that were linked in the list.
  • I have removed the only two contractions in the list.
  • I have added an image in the top right corner.
  • Since this is technically a lists and in being so lists numerous rates there really isn't any applicable infobox.
  • The article has been copy edited by four different people in the past day so I don't think there will be a big problem there.
