Finetooth comments: Here are a few suggestions for improvement.

You asked for ideas for expansion. WP:WikiProject Universities/Article guidelines#Article structure includes a good list of possibilities that I think would help you. The existing article focuses on the history of the college. Other sections might focus on the campus, organization, academics, and student life.

Wikipedia:WikiProject Universities/Article guidelines#Example articles lists many university and college articles that have achieved GA or FA status. For example, Ashland Community and Technical College is a community college article that is rated GA. It and the others on the list would give you more ideas about how to proceed.

The statement about the AAUP censure is intriguing, but it would be helpful to include a brief summary of the specific issues involved.

You might include a bit of the history of Quapaw Technical Institute.

I especially wanted to know more about the students and more about what they are studying.
