I've listed this article for peer review because…I have started to improve another article where John Cook is a wikilink. Would like to know what else can be added to the John cook article other than citantions and referencing.

The general idea of a peer review is to fix the known problems first - without more citations and references it is hard to know what else to add or to check what is there. I have not heard of this person before and my guess is most readers will not have heard of him either. Looking at reliable sources on him will help to see what to add.
