Honestly, this book doesn't look to be notable- no good sources are cited, and a quick search (though someone has done a fairly good job of putting notes about it all over the internet) doesn't throw any up. It's part of a walled garden created by what seems to be a single purpose account- my guess is Jeffery himself. Unless some good sources are forthcoming (coverage in respectable newspapers or magazines, for example) I think this article (along with David John Jeffery and Susana Rodrigues) should be deleted.
