I've listed this article for peer review because back in the days when pretty much any odd article (some of which would be rated "start" or even "stub" class now) could make FA, it was a FA, and I would like at least some of that glory restored to it. I'm thinking about GA nomination after some further improvement (less POV, more images, etc.), and would like other editors' comments.
