Too list heavy. No lead text. Has one section on Indian food prepared abroad, but nothing on food prepared within our borders. I have added some stuff (and will probably add more) to commons and organised it.

The article looks more like a collection of lists. Many improvements are possible, for example, we can have a History section describing how Indian cuisine evolved and how it was influenced by different factors. We can also possibly have a complete series, like there is one for Chinese cuisine. It needs a lot of work and we'll need many more contributors. deeptrivia 13:42, 15 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
