Comment. Since you've substantially changed the article since its last review you should renominate it at GAN rather than request a re-assessment here at GAR. Additionally, you should consider eliminating or re-factoring some of the embedded lists prior to renomination; see WP:EMBED. Thank you for your contributions, Railer-man.
