  • Comments I can't really find anything to fault. It's nice to see that the format I've created for lists of songs is being used by others and applied to lists by other singers. The only things I think could be addressed are that fact that every song bar one is by the Scissor Sisters, so it kinda of makes the Artist column seem slightly awkward as it just repeats Scissor Sisters column after column after column. Also, as nearly all the songs were written by the same people in each column. Maybe this could be overcome by placing a note saying that "All songs were written by X, X and X. Additional writers are written in the table." I'd like some other editors opinions on these two suggestions though. However, you should remove the (UK edition) and (Deluxe edition) though, we don't differentiate between editions of albums, after all, it is the same album. If some feedback is given about those two suggestions of mine by other editors then I will probably change to support for what ever the outcome is and the action that is taken for it.  — AARON • TALK 21:39, 25 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comments Looks good to me, I just have a few remarks:
  • After the initial mention of his name, Jakes Shears should be referred to by his surname only.
  • Is it definitely "Better Luck Next Time"? My copy of the album lists track nine as "Better Luck" on the back on the CD case.
  • I agree with Aaron that it's probably not necessary to have an entire column dedicated to the artists when all but one of them are the same. I had the same problem when I did a similar list for Guillemots – here's what I did. Consider it at your own discretion, if you want.

  • I think it should perhaps be included (maybe in the key) what the N/A cells actually represent.
  • "Contact High" needs to be below "Comfortably Numb" when the page first loads.
  • Similarly, "It Can't Come Quickly Enough" needs to be below "Invisible Light", and "I Can't Decide" needs to be above "I Don't Feel Like Dancin'". (You'll probably need to move the anchors when you swap these around.)
  • "Fire With Fire" -> "Fire with Fire"
  • WP:ISBN suggests using the 13-digit ISBN where possible, which, for Alex Hannaford's book, would be 978-1-903906-69-9.
  • Some of the dates in this article flit between being in mdy format and dmy.

Looks a lot better; I've got a few more remarks:

  • I'd move the note citation for "Shady Love" to the end of the song title, rather than after the dagger.
  • "The Other Side" and "The Skins" need to sort under O and S respectively.
  • "is performed by Scissor Sisters" -> "is credited to Scissor Sisters"
  • "List of Scissor Sister songs" -> "List of Scissor Sisters songs"

  • The track listings for "Kiss You Off" and "Only the Horses" include songs called "Bad S**t" and "Magic Hour Medley" – any reason they couldn't be included?
    • I have included "Bad S**t" (although I cannot for the life on me find the writing credits) and "Magic Hour Medley" is a mix of songs from the album, not an original composition. – Underneath-it-All (talk) 20:31, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
      • I probably shouldn't have have censored myself – the track's listed as "Bad Shit" rather than "Bad S**t" on the Wikipedia article.
  • "The Other Side" and "The Skins" move to the bottom of the table when it's sorted by title. Moving the quotation marks outside the sort template should fix this, i.e. "{{sort|Skins|The Skins}}".

  • Similarly, the ASCAP link lists a lot of songs that don't feature in this article, such as "Black Cocaine", "Deeper Than Emotions", "Dirty Bomb", "Doctor (I'm Only Seeing Dark)" and "Forever Right Now". Also, it names "Fuck Yeah" as "F*** Yeah", rather than the expletive-filled version.
    • I have changed "Fuck Yeah" to "F*** Yeah". The other songs are either unreleased or were included on an unofficial demo album titled K-Mart Disco. – Underneath-it-All (talk) 20:31, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
      • Ah, I see, tricky one... I'd say that, even though they were never on an official release, they are still songs recorded by Scissor Sisters, and would hence fall within the remit of this list. But I guess it all depends on whether an unofficial demo album can be considered a reliable source for this kind of information. I might take that up at a WikiProject...
        • I have decided to include songs from the album as it was done on the Leona Lewis list. As for songs such as "Black Cocaine", I cannot find any release (official and unofficial) that they were featured on. – Underneath-it-All (talk) 02:00, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
          • That's a good idea, although I think it might be worth mentioning K-Mart Disco somewhere in the lead, rather than just having it stuck down in a note somewhere. It wouldn't need to be any longer than a sentence or two, perhaps at the end of paragraph two or the start of paragraph three.
  • "(Demo)" or "(Demo)"?

Hmm... In that case, I'd personally suggest listing on which single the B-sides appeared and titling the column as "Original release" rather than "Album", as in this list, for example. But that's up to you.

Looks a lot better, although now the singles move to the top of the column when it's sorted. Using something like {{sort|Any Which Way|"Any Which Way"}} would fix that. Also, what about "Electrobix"?

Sorry, I probably didn't explain that as well as I could have done – I meant that those changes should be made to the singles listed in the Release column. I've gone through and made the changes, and hopefully everything should be sorting correctly now.

  • Do you happen to know if "Ooh" and "Ooh (The Blues)" are the same song?
    • They are listed separately on the ASCAP website with different work IDs. If they are the same song ASCAP lists alternate titles (see "Better Luck") – Underneath-it-All (talk) 00:34, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Support I've had another look over this list, and it meets the criteria by my reckoning. I just have a few final comments:

  • "Better Luck" is still named "Better Luck Next Time" in the lead.
  • "songs recorded prior to the release of the band's debut album" -> "songs recorded by the band prior to the release of their debut album" reads better to me.
  • Stick an "All songs credited to Scissor Sisters, except where noted." note at the top of section.
