The Dispute Resolution Noticeboard Award exists in five grades:

Base grade:

Awardable to either DRN volunteers for individual occasions of meritorious service to DRN or to participants in a dispute who deserve some special praise for working towards a solution to the dispute.

Grades 1-4:

Grades 1-4 are awardable only to DRN volunteers for duration of service or particularly meritorious service to DRN.

Suggested uses

• Base Grade is for general "good job/pat on the back" usage.
• Qualifications for duration of service awards are yet to be determined and proposals may be made and discussed on the talk page. A discussion is ongoing for implementing a Bi-Monthly volunteer awards program. See WP:DRN/VA.
• The same grade may be awarded multiple times to the same person, but if a volunteer already has an award you might consider increasing the grade you were considering up one grade, not to exceed Grade 3.
• Grade 4 is reserved for extraordinary service and each award of Grade 4 should be recorded below.

• To Steven Crossin for founding and shepherding DRN through its earliest days, given by User:TransporterMan on May 14, 2014.
• To Robert McClenon for his extraordinary dedication to DRN and for his successful consecutive coordinator terms, given by Kostas20142 and Yashovardhan Dhanania on November 5, 2017.
