Wikipedia:Department of Fun/Word Association/TheAA

Alphabet Association

This was inspired by radial association and slightly by ultra. Basically to play this, associated words must begin with either of the letters set in the rows or columns that intersect i.e. when in a cell which is on say Row C and Column B, the word has to begin with either B or C. When both the preset row and column are the same letter, it MUST begin with this letter. This cell is indicated, provisionally, by bolding. As usual, cells with adjacent words must link to those words. (Row/column headers do not count)

Also as usual words must join other words and associate with them. Unlike other ultra/radial variants it is not mandatory for words to be adjacent to two other words at a time. Please, in the spirit of the game, use one word per go then wait for another person.

To try to clarify the rules, here is a premade example:

Example edit

A B C
A Anorak Brown Acorn
B Button Blouse ...
C Cardigan ... ...

Hopefully this is clear enough.

Game #4: "Dan-Air" edit

This is Game #4. Game #3 started with Chess and finished with India, iPhone, and Indian science. Please remember that when the two letters are the same, the word must begin with that letter.
