Usage edit
This template is for inviting potential enrollees to the CVU Academy, whose request for access to the STiki anti-vandalism tool was not granted. It should always be substituted, like this: {{subst:Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit/Academy/Invite-stiki}}.
