How would you describe the nature of this dispute? (policy violation, content dispute, personal attack, other)

  • Answer: We need a person to act as moderator in a long standing effort to produce an improved version of the Physics article. The person need not have a background in physics (in fact nonspecialists might be preferable, but a science background might help) but the ability to remain neutral is good.

What methods of Dispute Resolution have you tried so far? If you can, please provide wikilinks so that the Advocate looking over this case can see what you have done.

  • Answer: This has been going on for 6 months, and the previous moderator SFC9394 (talk · contribs) is unable to continue at this time.

What do you expect to get from Advocacy?

  • Answer: Hopefully a volunteer or two to help be our moderator as part of the article improvement drive, or some suggestions about how to find an uninvolved moderator. The person need not have a background in physics (in fact nonspecialists might be preferable, but a science background might help) but the ability to remain neutral is good.
