Virna Cristine Dantes Dias (born 31 August 1971, in Natal) is a retired volleyball player from Brazil. She represented her native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There, she claimed the bronze medal with the Women's National Team.[1]

Dias also competed at the 1999 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Cup,[2] and at the 2000 Summer Olympics, winning the bronze once again, and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.[1]
