File permission problem with File:4a189aa5.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:4a189aa5.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Acather96 (talk) 14:05, 25 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

April 2011 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Levski Sofia, you may be blocked from editing. LoVeCa (talk) 11:37, 1 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

My friend, please stop your modifications because this article (PFC CSKA Sofia in Europe) is to large. We can create an aditional article with your modifications.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:4a189aa5.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:4a189aa5.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Laveol T 18:26, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 36 hours for disruptive editing, as you did at PFC CSKA Sofia. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  AustralianRupert (talk) 21:19, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

You've blocked the wrong user, it's Laveol T who is disruptively editng (vandalising) PFC CSKA Sofia for a sheer amount of months, I'm only protecting the article from his tendentious and heavily biased contributions supported by questionable in terms of legitimacy sources. He's lying about talk page agreements and he's falsely accusing me in sockpupetry with Kzl1948 (talk) and The TV Boy (talk), to make it look as a personal attack on him from one side, when in reality, there are several sides against his actions. He doesn't belong in this article. You should check your case once more. Zourich (talk) 22:53, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You were clearly edit warring against multiple other editors, and that is *never* the right thing to do whatever other aspects you believe there are to a dispute. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:35, 22 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The point is that you should be talking about the issues on the talk page instead of edit warring. I warned you about this, and you chose to ignore the warning [1] and continued to edit war. Hence the reason I blocked you. More than happy to discuss these actions with another admin if they disagree with my actions if they feel a more appropriate course of action exists. You are more than welcome to start discussing your concerns on the article talk page once the block has expired and if you can establish consensus to remove the material, then the edit can stand. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 23:25, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
You can clearly see, that the issue was discussed many times in the talk page in the past months, without result. Laveol T never reached an agreement with anyone, he just waits a couple of weeks for things to settle and those who confronted him not being around lately, so he could start it all over again. How can I picture it more accurately, that someone is not belonging somewhere? May be letting Donald Trump editing Hillary Clinton's article, would be the most proper analogy in this case. This warning [2], my blocking and protecting PFC CSKA Sofia after bringing back proven false contributions, supported by non-existent or dubious sources, are three highly unexplained actions from your side, in a row. There's a definite need for more admins to be involved in this. Zourich (talk) 0:13, 22 October 2016 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but I see no effort on your part to discuss your proposed changes (can you provide diffs where you have attempted to resolve this?), which were reverted by several users: [3], [4], and[5]. I have started a discussion on the talk page, which you are welcome to participate in if you wish to try to achieve consensus for your changes.
