Wikified box edit

I removed the template because the article was already wikified. See here for a good despription of wikification. Citations for instance have nothing to do with it. You can find other more fitting templates at Wikipedia:Template messages/Cleanup. But please, don't overuse them. Garion96 (talk) 10:10, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
