Thanks for adding Montage picture to the Mangalore article

edit

Hello Yudi Rai,
Thanks for adding the Montage picture to the Mangalore article. I too felt that the Town Hall picture was very old, for a fast growing city like Mangalore. Please remember that Mangalore is a "Featured Article" on Wikipedia. I hope you're also aware of the image copyrights policies of Wikipedia.

Hello Yudi Rai,
It looks like the montage images of Mangalore had copyrights issues. Whenever inserting images to Wikipedia articles, they should be your own work. Those photos should not be present in any other website online.
That could be the reason why the montage was removed from the Mangalore Article. Remember that Mangalore is a "Featured Article (FA) ". FAs are the top quality articles of Wikipedia, and a lot of care should be taken while editing these articles.

So please upload images of Mangalore without any copyrights violations (possibly clicked by yourself). There is a person called Dayanand Kukkaje in Mangalore who is a professional photographer. You can request him to share some photographs of Mangalore city which are not shared by him with other websites or online sources. Also they shouldn't contain any watermarks on them. Collect Mangalore city photographs from Dayanand Kukkaje and prepare a montage. Then, you can safely place those photographs on Mangalore Article, without any problems.

A city like Mangalore deserves the Montage image, but being a Featured Article, the administrators are very strict when people try to edit the contents of Mangalore. Remember that Featured Articles are the highest quality articles on Wikipedia. You can observe a Golden Star on the top right corner of the Mangalore article denoting that it's a Featured Article (FA).

You can request Dayanand Kukkaje to share some pictures of Mangalore, or yourself can click some photos from Kadri Hills (skyline), Bengre island, Tannirbhavi Beach or NITK Beach.

Thank You

It appears as if you are repeatedly inserting Tulunadu/Tulu content into the Mangalore article from multiple accounts

edit

Hi Yudisthir Shivaprasad Rai,
It appears as if you are repeatedly inserting your subjective Tulunadu region / Tulu administrative language content into the Mangalore article.
Please understand that Wikipedia is an Encyclopedia, and not Quora or a Tulu newspaper/journal.
The Mangalore article was blocked for editing by the administrators from September to October 2018, just because of these insertions such as
1. Tulunadu --> Region
2. Tulu --> Administrative language
Please allow the sincere editors to edit this article.
Since the past 2 years, you are frequently vandalizing the Mangalore article from multiple accounts.
