Hello Youssef Ahmed Mo and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to Go the Fuck to Sleep, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Jm (talk | contribs) 04:18, 27 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Go the Fuck to Sleep, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jm (talk | contribs) 04:18, 27 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Allow me to add a personal message to this template. I know that your edits have been mostly reverted, but I can assume good faith on your part... especially because you said that the book edit was a test, and that you haven't made further blatant vandalism to the Wiki.

Everyone is welcome to contribute, and that means you. I would encourage you to find areas of the Wiki that you are passionate about, and perhaps some places where you know you can help. I'm not as active as I have been in the past, and I know it can be difficult to find large subject areas to contribute to. But I encourage you to try anyway. Keep going. If you're editing in good faith, even if your edits are reverted, keep at it and some of them will stick, and you'll be helping the greatest project of human knowledge in history.

One little suggestion, though, and this pertains to Oriental rat flea. Don't edit war. Never edit war. Edit warring is any time you don't follow Bold, Revert, Discuss procedure. Make an edit, make it boldly. If you're reverted, stop and discuss, either with the author who reverted you, or on the article talk page. Preferably on the talk page. If you are making necessary edits that keep being reverted, then you can ask others to help you at several places, starting with asking for a third opinion.

Welcome to the Wiki. I hope you have a productive editing career. Jm (talk | contribs) 16:26, 11 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
