Peer Review From Mai edit

The article covers the detail and constructed appropriately. The system does not discuss the operational aspect of the clinical care classification (CCC) systems. In this case, the article should have discussed the operational aspect of CCC systems in accommodating the larger aspect of nursing documentation inputted into a clinical information system while offering care to different patients. For example, when used on CABG patients, usage of the model entails the addition of codes, including those on hemodynamic monitoring and arterial line care, among others. Through discussing the integration of the CCC into other information systems, the audience will understand role it plays in medical practice better. In relationship to the features, it would be better to discuss the use of CCC in determining care patterns – which could be used for third party care delivery and costing. Moreover, the resultant granularity should be discussed, which makes care delivery difficult in the given settings, which presents the need to combine CCC with other coding schemes in the future. However, The references for the article are used appropriately. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MaiSawangduan (talkcontribs) 15:25, 19 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
