Your submission at Articles for creation edit

I noticed your submission in Articles for creation, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/TBA (2012). Thanks! It will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.

Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.

Here's a video tutorial - hit play, then right-click for "full screen".

Here's an example of how to add references:

Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref>

He likes tea.<ref> Smith, John. "[http://foonews.com/Article42 Interview with Chzz]", Foo News, 1 April 2010. Retrieved 2011-05-22. </ref>

== References ==

{{reflist}}

That makes the references automatically display as small numbers[1] which will link to the details in the section titled == References == at the end. You can see that example in action here.

Please add references to your submission, which will be reviewed as soon as possible. See also, Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners. If you need any help, just put {{helpme}} at the end of this page, followed by a question or get into our live help chat chanel at #wikipedia-en-help connect.

Speedy deletion nomination of Tarja Turunen & Harus edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Tarja Turunen & Harus requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. WWGB (talk) 14:07, 11 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing AfD template edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with TBA (2013). Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it. Snotbot  t • c »  20:11, 6 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Yintan. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to TBA World Tour, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. April 2013 edit

Hello, XR45MU5x. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • You need not declare your conflict of interest, but we recommend it.
  • Do not edit articles about yourself, your organization, or your competitors. Do not edit related articles. (Exceptions.)
  • Post suggestions and sources on the article's talk page, or create a draft in your user space.
  • Your role is to summarize, inform and reference — not to promote, sell, or whitewash.
  • If writing a draft, write without bias, as if you don't work for the company or personally know the subject.
  • Have us review your draft.
  • Work with us and we'll work with you.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:44, 17 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Live in Luna Park edit

The article Live in Luna Park has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability. Still unsourced, despite being tagged for sources for 6 months.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Colours in the Dark edit

Without explanation, you reverted my edit which removed most of the reviews from the professional reviews section. Let me offer my explanation as to why they were removed: firstly, five of those websites do not even have Wikipedia articles; that already fails notability. Secondly, one of those five—Grande Rock—was already disregarded as a professional source in an extensive discussion/argument here; therefore it simply cannot be on that section, or used as critical analysis within the article body. Thirdly, the Metal Storm review is not a post-2009 staff review, but merely a guest review; again, that fails this criteria. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 16:04, 31 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

The article Colours in the Dark World Tour has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable, unsourced concert tour fails both WP:GNG and WP:CONCERT TOUR that has been tagged as using only primary sources for five years. There are eight references: six are from the band's website, one is from one of the supporting band's website and the last one is a now defunct Ticketmaster site, so there are zero third-party reliable sources.

Proposed deletion of Christmas Tour 2013 edit

The article Christmas Tour 2013 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable, unsourced concert tour fails both WP:GNG and WP:CONCERT TOUR that has been tagged as possibly not meeting notability for seven years and needing additional references for five year, with no edits made to the article since the refimprove template was added. There are two references, but they are the same link, to a Ticketmaster website that instead of showing this tour, shows that the artist is not touring.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
