I was able to add a few links to animations and videos related to schematics for nondisjunction to our group talk page. I also changed it so our group (81D) now owns the article; it was still set at Group 81X. There was no need to converse with other groups on this matter as they had all made their selections. I am going to follow up with a group moderator in order to see what we need to do in order to incorporate videos and animations like this into our group Wiki page. I imagine we will have to first get their (owners of subject content) permission. If that is the case I can get the ball rolling on that if you like either of the two links I posted. In the meantime I will also continue to search for images that are suitable for our necessary schematics. Thank you for your work involving the summary for the decision. Hey Wpeissner. I'm working a 16 hour shift today and figured I would get a head start on our assignment for Unit 7. I created an outline of talking points for our article on the group talk page. I then added this along with our citations to the nondisjunction talk page. I added an invite to any interested parties to contact us if they are interested in collaborating on the nondisjunction article. I'll be doing things in my sandbox so feel free to hop in there and edit what you like. I have already moved the citations you have found from Unit 5's assignment to my sandbox. I have found 3 additional articles and provided a brief synopsis of each article's contents. If any of the citations are inaccessible to you let me know. I have access to a large number of scholarly articles through my company's internet connection. I also moved the outline to my sandbox. I would concentrate on finding any images, animations, and videos that are related to nondisjunction and placing them in my sandbox. We can work with what we already have and add a few more. See if you can find anymore references and feel free to include a small synopsis with what you already found. Other than that, feel free to add to the outline in my sandbox, in our group talk page, and on the nondisjunction talk page. Hi Previte01, did you get my email? I did not find suitable (free) images and created one myself. Hope you like it. I'm considering adding another image about meiotic forms of nondisjunction in oocytes, inspired by fig 4 of the review by Jones and Lane in journal Development. What do you think?
