Disambiguation link notification for June 16 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Singapore Zoo, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fossa (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hello, I'm Magnolia677. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Baton Rouge Zoo, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:51, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Bronx Zoo edit

Hi Worldbreaker550, I've seen your recent edits at Bronx Zoo and since there's been no edit summaries or any references I've been suspicious of them. I've not reverted them because they look reasonable and your other edits look reasonable, but Wikipedia works best when it is based on reliable sources and editors communicate in edit summaries when they make changes. Please use edit summaries, and please provide the source of your knowledge about these changes. Without such things Wikipedia looks less credible and we don't work so well together. Thank you and keep up the good work. SchreiberBike | ⌨  15:30, 20 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Worldbreaker550, I have reverted your December edits to Monterey Bay Aquarium because of sourcing concerns. I appreciate your impressive knowledge of aquarium collections! However, the species referenced for each exhibit match the in-line reference, and I don't think your edits reflect those sources. Monterey Bay Aquarium is listed as a good article, which means in-line references must stay in perfect shape to maintain that status. Also, I don't think your intentions are to "advertise" on behalf of the institution or anything, but lists of species that are too long could be considered against policy, see WP:NOTDATABASE and others on that page.
