Hello! :) edit

Hi! I saw the message that you wrote to me and I just want to say that the userboxes that you make are really good. I hope you don't mind me using them because I'm kinda new here and still learning. Do you like Jake's 1st Season Appearance or the 2nd Season Apperance? They have changed A LOT! Thanks for the warm welcome! :)--Yenaldooshi (talk) 22:47, 15 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

RE: Hello! :) edit

Yeah, I mean the appearances.--Yenaldooshi (talk) 21:15, 21 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Could be, they're not airing any now episodes any more.--Yenaldooshi (talk) 21:59, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

ADJL edit

Yeah, I must agree it stinks. It was kinda sad when Rose disappeared with the Huntsclan and forgot Jake, but she remembered him later on. Yay. :)--Yenaldooshi (talk) 22:29, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

File:SelfmadeQ2.PNG listed for deletion edit

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:SelfmadeQ2.PNG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Billings Montana edit

Do you still edit? You at one time were the largest editor on the Billings Montana page. There is an editor that is trying to take Yellowstone National Park and other places out of the nearby attractions section. It is clearly someone not familiar with Billings yet they don’t listen, everything is their POV period. This editor makes many wildly untrue statements about the Billings area I guess trying to pretend that they know the area but they are so far off it is obvious they are made up. They seem incapable of listening to the facts. Anyway if you care to jump in on the talk page it couldn’t hurt. Even if you don’t agree with me that is fine at least I know you will be logical and this could be settled to one end or another.

File permission problem with File:Flag of NAVA Meeting 44.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Flag of NAVA Meeting 44.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 21:19, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Roman Catholic Dragons International edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Roman Catholic Dragons International, and it appears to include material copied directly from https://plus.google.com/+CatholicdragonsOrgRCDI.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) File talk:Proposed Flag of Billings, Montana.png edit

  • Can someone please rename this page to "Flag of Billings, Montana (Proposed)" Thanks

Hi, you were asking for commons:File:Proposed Flag of Billings, Montana.png to be renamed. However it is on the Wikimedia commons, so you perhaps you should go to the help desk there and ask commons:commons:Help desk. I could rename it for you, but you do have several uses already, so what do you want to do about the userbox etc? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:56, 12 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of One Big Sky Center edit

The article One Big Sky Center has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

When the article itself uses the phrase "if built", it's a pretty good indication that this article is a violation of WP:CRYSTAL. There are no reliable secondary sources. Definitely WP:TOOSOON, and at least on some level, WP:PROMO.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Categorising categories edit

When you create a new category, it's really important that you apply categories to it in turn. It allows bot maintenance and also allows humans to find things, which is the whole point of categories (they're not just some kind of metatag). So if you had been looking for categories to put Category:Fictional Interracial people in you would have soon discovered Category:Fictional characters by ethnicity or nationality‎ which would have told you that a)we talk about fictional characters rather than fictional people and b)categories generally have a capital letter at the start and then are lower case. And also a TV show like the Boondocks does not belong in a "people" category, only articles about people do - it's fine to call the Boondocks a work about ethnicity though, and I've categorised it as such. But more generally, categories like "interracial" just don't really work, they're horribly vague and generally not WP:DEFINING. I'd be incredibly cautious about creating any race-related categories - at least have a look first at Wikipedia:Categorization/Ethnicity, gender, religion and sexuality. Speedy deletion nomination of Catholic Dragons edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Catholic Dragons requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Problem with your custom signature edit

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

Solution 1: Reset your signature to the default:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)
  4. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page. (The red "Restore all default settings" button will reset all of your preference settings, not just the signature.)
Solution 2: Fix your custom signature:
  1. Find the signature section in the first tab of Special:Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
  3. Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

More information about custom signatures is available at Wikipedia:Signatures#Customizing how everyone sees your signature. If you have followed these instructions and still want help, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Signatures. 19:04, 3 September 2020 (UTC)

4 Star Rockstars. edit

Do you know anything about a group called the 4 Star Rockstars? They seem to be a underground group of white conservative males whose mission is to further out the punishment or judgement of sex offenders. It seems that they are involved in doing this through the court systems and outside the court systems through capital punishment. 2603:6080:2340:5C0:5B6D:C49D:7177:75CB (talk) 09:41, 17 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
