About William Wetzel

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. -- lucasbfr talk 16:41, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I tagged the William Wetzel article for speedy deletion, according to the A7 criteria. The subject of your article seems not to have enough notability (yet ;)) to be included in Wikipedia. Don't worry, this is a common mistake among newcomers ;). See WP:NOT and WP:BIO for more information. Really sorry about the confusion. -- lucasbfr talk 16:41, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

National Civilian Community Corps

edit

Thanks for registering. Glad you have an interest in National Civilian Community Corps In reply to your post on the article talk page; I have found it usually works best to just go ahead and make the edits you think are needed, but try to support your edits with references and make use of the edit summary to explain what you are doing. If someone has a problem with one of your edits, then discuss it on the talk page rather than simply getting into a revert war. You seem to be on track with the exception of the missing references. Keep up the good work and feel free to ask questions any time. With over 8,000 edits myself, I still have a lot left to learn; so try not to get discouraged, as you will learn more with each additional edit.Dbiel (Talk) 03:25, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Regarding the image you uploaded Image:Acnccc.jpg, we need to do a bit of work to clean up the licensing. Did you copy it from a web page? if so what is the web address? What do you mean by Permission = CNCS? I will be happy to fix the image issues for you, but I do need to know the exact source of the image. Thank you. Dbiel (Talk) 04:04, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dude your f-ing awesome and I thank you for helping me. Wjwetzel (talk) 04:08, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Did you cut it out of the header? or did you use the one at the bottom of the page https://my2.americorps.gov/trust/images/acnccc_logo.gif ? Dbiel (Talk) 04:13, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
There is no problem using the image, just a bunch of Wikipedia rules regarding licensing and fair use which are easy for me to fix now after having gone though the learn process myself. Just one more thing that you will learn with time and experience. Dbiel (Talk) 04:22, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
