http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard_Incidents Disruptive editing by user ConcernedVancouverite

He has reverted posts on many sites just because he can. He will not add content to any site just cut them down. On the Nicola Bryant site he reverted the nationality, alma mater and occupation of the person for no reason. Do you have the ability to reverse this edit and do you have the power to ban the user ConcernedVancouverite from posting? He is trying to delete other sites including the Mary Helen Bowers site. He deletes information other users post just to be vindictive. Do you have the power to protect sites from deletion? He is now trying to delete the Carolyn_Mackenzie site !!!

William

Anyone can propose a deletion - WP:PROD, if you object, then just remove the PROD template from the page - it cannot be put back - a PROD can only be proposed once. Any further requests for deletion would have to go via a full WP:AfD discussion

Welcome! edit

Hello, William AAAAA, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Block notice edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for your continued large scale disruptive editing. You cannot simply ignore all of the warnings and valid concerns of other editors and continue editing in a disruptive fashion. Two time-limited blocks have made no impression on you whatsoever, so this one is indefinite; that it you are blocked until you are able to understand why your edits are disruptive and are able to convince an administrator that the block is no longer necessary to prevent further disruption. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:48, 17 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your use of multiple Wikipedia accounts edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/William AAAAA, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
