This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://tourism.gov.in/sites/default/files/2019-10/usq%201248%20for%2002072019.pdf. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted.
