Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Please read the style guide edit

Hello, as a relatively new editor, you might not be familiar with the Wikipedia style. For example, Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Biographies gives the main guidelines we use here on English Wikipedia for articles about people. It clearly states that we do not use the "Dr." prefix, nor the "Mrs.". After the first mention, we use only the last name. As given in Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters, only proper nouns are given capital letters, not even for rich people who are "president" of something. Generally, we do not promote the subject of articles by calling them "prestigious" either. It might save some trouble if these guidelines were followed. For full disclosure, I have a Ph.D. degree myself, and worked with many other Ph.D. earners for several decades. I am certainly aware of how people promote themselves using the honorific. Wikipedia is not supposed to do that - their public relations department are paid for that. Thank you. W Nowicki (talk) 17:25, 29 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
