Thank you.

The article The luka state has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 18:41, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 21:31, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your request at Files for upload edit

Hello, and thank you for your request at Files for upload! Unfortunately, your request has been declined. The reason is shown on the main FFU page. The request will be archived shortly; if you cannot find it on that page, it will probably be at this month's archive. Regards, -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 23:21, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thank you Тимофей, yes you're right the page has been removed by NawlinWiki. I am looking to reinstate it once I can provide enough citations to satisfy the Wiki Guidelines. As for the licencing, I own the copyright on the picture. What exactly do I need to provide to prove this? Wallywallyy2k (talk) 17:25, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you own the copyright to the image, then you would have to release it under a free license that can be used on Wikipedia. Since the image is first published on another website, you would have to show (on that website) what the license is. You listed in your WP:FFU request that you want to release it under "fair use." Fair use only applies to non free images, and non free images can only be used in certain situations. Since the artist in your photo is still alive, it would certainly fail WP:NFCC#1 in that a free image would easily be obtainable, and therefore a non free image could not be used. I hope that helps. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 17:49, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

I'm a bit confused if I'm honest ha! So I should click here free license that can be used on Wikipedia and follow the instructions if I want it to be a free licence image for all of wikipedia to use?Wallywallyy2k (talk) 19:41, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

September 2013 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Tiffany Page may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • managed by [[Sports Entertainment Group]], she moved to Crown Talent with [[Marc Marot]]] in January 2012.

File permission problem with File:TheLukaStateManhattan.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:TheLukaStateManhattan.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:41, 15 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
