Hello, Vonparaski, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Speedy deletion nomination of Edwin "Mike" Kaprat

edit

Please do not make articles about a living person that are entirely negative in tone and unsourced. Wikipedia has a policy of verifiability and any negative information we use must be reliably sourced, and our articles must be balanced. Negative unreferenced biographies of living people are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - MrX 13:23, 1 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with Edwin "Mike" Kaprat. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. - MrX 13:31, 1 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Edwin "Mike" Kaprat, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - MrX 13:51, 1 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Although you claim that the subject of the article is deceased, the article lacks citations. What we have, then, is a name linked to criminality without any references. The article consistend only of an infobox. If you would like an article about this subject, then we would invite you to write it either offline or in your User:Vonparaski/sandbox. Referenced articles are unlikely to be removed. Being listed on another Wikipedia page does not automatically protect at article, as articles are considered on a standalone basis. It's better a infobox than nothing. That's the reason of Wikipedia. There are a lot of people who study cases like those and just need a start to begin writing. You should read more. A lot more. De qualquer forma, parabéns por sua administração fantástica. A sua e do seu amigo Mr. X. Sintam-se donos do mundo.

For uploading pictures and other media, it's easiest to go to Wikimedia Commons (you can use your Wikipedia credentials if you're not logged in already) and visit the Upload Wizard. Wikimedia Commons can only accept files which anyone can use for any purpose. That means most content you find on the web is not acceptable. But for example, most photos that you've taken yourself are OK to upload.

Here's a screenshot of the Upload Wizard:

You start by selecting the files you want to upload, then you go step by step through the process. In the final step, you'll get some wiki markup that you can copy into a Wikipedia article. Let me know if I can help.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:59, 1 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
