Saltire edit

The information you added to Saltire about 30 November celebrations may belong better at Saint Andrew. I am afraid I removed it from Saltire as it seemed more related to Andrew than the Saltire. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 12:17, 16 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Notability of Deree College Alumni edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Deree College Alumni, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Deree College Alumni seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Deree College Alumni, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Speedy deletion nomination of Cyberforensics 2011 edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Cyberforensics 2011, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Jimmy Pitt talk 18:16, 15 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Εγκληματολογική Πληροφορική edit

A tag has been placed on Εγκληματολογική Πληροφορική, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Content is in a foreign language (Greek), take it to the el.wiki

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

January 2012 edit

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Imia/Kardak. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 18:31, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Imia/Kardak shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.

If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. Disambiguation link notification for April 5 edit

Hi. When you recently edited Long Day's Journey into Night, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Trevor White (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:07, 5 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

You misspelled this which is why it got deleted so quickly as there are no google hits for Dikigorophobia - the correct spelling is Dikigorosophobia. I can undelete it, but I'm not sure there is much point as it is a neologism that although you haven't made up, judging by search results, is very rarely used and therefore per WP:NEO we shouldn't have an article about it. Are there some Greek sources which discuss the term in detail? SmartSE (talk) 19:03, 17 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
"Δικηγοροφοβια" is the correct version in Greek, but there are no Google hits for it. Not even a single hit. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 19:14, 17 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
