I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to help resolve this dispute. It is my fault entirely. I antagonized the editor by getting carried away with including new information. He has put me through my paces, and I feel much more comfortable with proper referencing procedure having been through the experience.

Can you believe this? This is exactly what I was talking about in my email. I half hope they try to ban me. I'll go back to posting anonymously. This is totally ridiculous. If for any reason you do get banned, you have my email address. Please let me know.
