The article ROCKRAS has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. I'd first suggest taking a look at notability guideline for organisations, companies and products, and then read our material on attribution policies. This article did not really have anything that explains why this particular service was notable; basically, all it said that it was some product that has existed since 2003 and we have no idea if anyone thinks it's remarkable or not. We get so much new articles about non-notable products and downright spammy articles that we have to draw the line somewhere, regrettably.

So, if this service is notable, the article should have - as early as possible in the article's existence - some sort of information on why this product matters, as explained through reliable, independent, comprehensive sources. We need some mentions from outside that says that this thing matters. Strive for neutral language and cover all sides.

There's plenty of good reading in our help section - and perhaps you'd like to take a good analytical look at other similar articles and see what makes those articles so great and keepable. I've found that works for me even in cases I don't understand the rules in very intimate detail - just do what everyone else seems to be doing =)
