- I don't understand your problem. We already took down the homepage so that the search-bot doesn't grumble. I also allowed Wikipedia using the text as you mentioned by releasing its content. - The problem is that you haven't previously told us that you own the copyright. If that is the case, all you need to do is prove that you do own it, and are willing to release it under a compatible licence. You can do this in one of two ways; the preferred method would be to put your website back online, and include a statement releasing the text under the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License, or alternatively releasing it into the public domain. If you cannot do this, or do not want to, you can instead email permissions-en@wikimedia.org from an email address associated with your website (i.e. one ending in fh-aachen.de), confirming that you are licensing the content appropriately.
