Request reason:

Hi! I have been blocked for using multiple accounts. I only used this second account for constructive editing. You can check my edit history. Now, I know even this is not acceptable on Wikipedia. I want to delete this account. Kindly help me delete it and unblock my I.P address as I have not been able to use even my 1st and allowed account with this I.P address. I am facing problem of not able to edit anything on Wikipedia from my 1st account, from where I am otherwise allowed to edit except one article.
