Dear Tteliria,

thank you for your message! Of course, you are highly welcomed to create and edit articles on Wikipedia, but they have to follow certain guidelines. This is an encyclopedia with a certain degree of seriousness, which both myself and the admin who deleted the page "Eliza triay" could not see regarding that article. Please take a look at WP:Your first article for some hints on how to create a meaningful Wikipedia-article. To experiment you can also use the Sandbox.
