Welcome!

Hello, Trikita, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Letian, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted (if it hasn't already).

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! ╟─TreasuryTagcontribs─╢ 15:58, 28 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Letian edit

A tag has been placed on Letian requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ╟─TreasuryTagcontribs─╢ 15:58, 28 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

WTO ratification of Russia edit

Hi. Your edit summary claims that ratification occurred prior to my reversion of your relevant edit on 22 July. That may be so, in which case, Sorry. However, the verifying media statement is dated 23 July and was in fact posted AFTER I made the reversion (which I did only after checking for a citation). It was up to you to provide a valid source for your edit before changing the article, or to wait until the source was publicly available, so the reversion was fully in line with WP guidelines. October 2016 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:AutoHotkey are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. AutoHotkey edit

To answer your question:

"But why does the forum not work? I go to this page http://ahkscript.org/ , click on "Forum" button and get nowhere Trikita (talk)"

from the AutoHotkey page: I can confirm that it does work for me; when I go to http://ahkscript.org/ and click on Forum (which leads to http://ahkscript.org/boards/), I am being redirected to https://autohotkey.com/boards/ which works fine. Have you tried turning off all adblockers and similar extensions, or using incognito mode in your browser, or using an entirely different browser?

I also want to mention that I disagree with Walter Görlitz. I believe your investigation of the issues is relevant for the AutoHotkey article and that you are simply trying to make sense of the different websites and confirm that the stated information in the article is correct. --Jhertel (talk) 10:48, 4 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Jhertel: Thank you soooo much for your answer! Now I know that it is simply a problem with my computers or browsers. I will be working on fixing it now. Anyway, knowing that the AHK forums are still up and running is quite a relief for me because besides AHK forums I wouldn't have any other place to refer to for help (stackoverflow.com did not always provide good and quick answers). I am not sure if you are going to see this reply (or, perhaps, I should write this answer to you personal page?) My knowledge of Wikipedia is quite limited. If you can see this reply, can you please, let me know here? Thank you again! Trikita (talk) 13:22, 5 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
You're so welcome, Trikita! I did see your reply. :-) --Jhertel (talk) 16:10, 5 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
