Hi Tranka, welcome to Wikipedia! ;-)
It looks like you know what you are doing, but if you need a hand with anything, drop me a note on my talk page.
Cheers, and I hope to see you clicking that edit button a bit more often, John Vandenberg (chat) 12:44, 21 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

REPLY Hello John. I have dabbled on Wikipedia doing minor edits in the past. Someday I will write a complete article. As for my latest edit, I was a little bit torn about adding the link to the "rights of first refusal" article since it seems a little shabby. Still, I followed the "greater good" mantra and put the link anyway because the uninitialized reader is left hanging otherwise, so to speak.

If you want to dabble a bit more, there are a list of tasks which might interest you at Portal:Puerto Rico/to do. There are similar to do lists all over the place.
You did the right thing. We call your edit "building the web" because it increases the number of links to a page, which results in more readers seeing the "rights of first refusal" page, and some of those readers will roll up their sleeves and help improve it.
