More Titanic

The new section works a lot better with the information you wanted to include. I cleaned up the section (mostly orginization and combining paragraphs). Embedding external links is usually improper. For resources it is better in note form becuase those links may not be there in the future and people will still need to know where the information came from. Links to corporate information within the article is close to advertising. IAlso, didn't see where the information about the the 2004 District courts ruling came from and I wonder if you can source that. MechBrowman 03:21, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. The information about the 2004 District courts ruling comes from the Jan.31, 2006 Court of Appeals decision where the whole story is told. Indeed most of my text is taken from this decision. I don't agree that mentioning that the owner is a public company and linking to basic company information is advertising. --Toscanaman 00:34, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

I was thinking, what do you think about merging the Ownership and litigation information back into the Rediscovery of the wreck as a summary and moving the Ownership and litigation into a brand new article about RMS Titanic Inc.? MechBrowman 23:45, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

Great, I was afraid the RMS Titanic article was getting too big. I don't have a draft yet (and I don't have skype), but yeah we can collaborate. I have a book or two that has information about early claims of ownership thta will help. MechBrowman 17:30, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

Sorry its been awhile to respond, but I have not had access to the internet recently. We can communicate on the new page, thats one of the positiv things about Wikipedia. I plan on creatring the new page by the end of the week, I just need to wait until I have time. I don't want to move it until the the information on the RMS Titanic page is properly rewritten.
