ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. February 2016 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Toby Clark Wiki", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it appears to be pointing to a non-Wikimedia wiki which is considered advertising. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. If you think I made a mistake, let me know. Thanks. Analyi|(talk) 14:01, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thank you Analyi (talk) I am a little surprised by your thinking that my username "Toby Clark Wiki" could be violating username policy because it is not the name of a company, group, institution or product. However I am very happy to ask to change it to another username if you think it is violating Wikipedia's policy for some other reason. If so please could you clarify for my understanding. Thank you.14:33, 21 February 2016 (UTC)

Minor edits edit

You seem to be marking most of your edits as 'minor'. Please have a read of the relevant page that defines what a minor edit is. You will find that adding content is never a minor edit. Some editors suppress minor edits from showing up on the watchlist, so please check the 'minor edit' box only when it meets that definition. Not a big deal, but I thought I'd point it out to you. Keep up your good work. Schwede66 18:12, 7 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

You are still doing it, though. When you add content, it's never a minor edit. Schwede66 18:51, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for that Schwede Its very helpful to have your support. It seems like what is "not a big deal" actually is one as I see you are still concerned. Lets keep doing the good work and I will make sure nothing is ever categorized as a minor edit, even if it is minor.
