At-will employment edit

Dear Tina: Thank you for your contributions to the article on At-will employment. I don't necessarily disagree with all of your edits. However, the fact that you have worked long and hard on this does not mean that you should make the changes in the article and then demand that other editors not revert your work before discussing on the talk page. Generally, the burden is on you to persuade other editors that your changes should be included.

Let's take things a bit more slowly -- by continuing the discussion on the talk page for the article, and THEN making edits based on agreement. Famspear (talk) 14:23, 27 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Famspear, I'm new to this so I appreciate your input. Your earlier comment on sourcing was particularly informative. I did try to take that advice and I thought I was adhering to WP:BEBOLD and assumed WP:ROWN would apply. However, It seems obvious to me that Coolcaeser is not interested in good faith discussion, and is willing to ride roughshod over others, and for simply childish and silly reasons. I'm not inclined to spend any time tussling with such an individual, so I'll leave the article to y'all and move on. Best wishes, Tina . TinaFromTexas (talk) 23:05, 27 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
