Short Type 38

Hello! About your question in it.wiki Aviation Project, the aircraft number is surely "38", the progress number is compatible with the Short productions done before, see Short_Brothers. Probably the definition "S.38" isn't accurate, in that period was used definition like "type 38"/"Admiralty Type 38"; however S.38 for that aircraft is used: [1] [2]. In truth, I retrieved a quite reliable source which states it was an S.27. Now it seems I reached a final fix point. Please follow this Naval Historical Society of Australia's link [4] where it is stated :

On January 10, 1912 one of the Royal Navy’s first pilots, Sub-Lieutenant C.R. Samson, flew a Short S.38 (also referred to as a modified Short S.27)

Grammar mistake

I'd be delighted, if you avoided further reverts. Your edit brought a grammar mistake into the first sentence of the article... Please don't do that again. As to the discussion official/unofficial: I don't think that the word "unofficial" reflects the reality in a proper way. The word "Trentino" is part of the region's name Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, where Trentino is clearly used as a synonym for the province of Trento. By the way, province of Trento could be easily labelled as "unofficial" as well, since the constitution talks about the autonomous (!) province of Trento. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 16:54, 26 March 2016 (UTC)
