Jonathan -- thanks for cleaning up the mess I made on that article. As I said on my discussion page in response to your comment, the problem was caused by the combination of my laptop crashing and my using Firefox to restore my previous session. I hope someone else reads this and learns of the danger of using the "Restore Session" during an edit! My apologies for my laptop, and my thanks for your diligence in cleaning up my mess! --Alphaman (talk) 03:20, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

O! Thanks for notifying me of that! If i would have noticed earlier, I wouldn't have reported you to AIV, so I'm sorry! Jonathan 22:02, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Where is the newsletter?

The Nickelodeon WikiProject news letter is not appearing. Why? Dalekusa (talk) 14:07, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

I will soon be making the newsletter monthly, as I cannot keep up with weekly editions. Thanks! Jonathan 23:02, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

AIV report

Hi Jonathan. Just a friendly reminder, you made a report to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism a little while ago, but I removed it due to the fact that the final warning that the vandalism took place after had been placed in July over six months ago. Please read the instructions at the top of the noticeboard before making reports like this in future. Thanks, Spebi 01:09, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

O! I didn't see the timestamp! Thanks for telling me! Jonathan 01:16, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

User:Emerman

No not vandalism pls define your belief........

opiumjones 23 (talk) 03:47, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

"Emerman" is not an IP address. Jonathan 03:49, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
but is a sock of User:BKLisenbee so why not include? no stress perhap it is just an IP page pls advise opiumjones 23 (talk) 03:52, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Verify? Jonathan 03:53, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
The accusation? Two years of same edit history . Needs check user for final confirmation >I suppose. But is a sock . Language and style and page edits. opiumjones 23 (talk) 03:56, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Many users may edit the same pages, but a CU is taking it woo far. Try opening up a case at WP:SSP first. Also, please don't sign on a new line. It makes it difficult for me to keep track of messages. Thanks! Jonathan 04:01, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
You may be over zealous. I note admin coaching and the above note re 6 month old issue. Welcome the ssp advice. So why is emerman not a k lisenbee sock? opiumjones 23 (talk) 04:05, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Chuckpalanhiuk.net deletion

I do agree that the site ought to be deleted. Why even have a wikipage on a website ? I am asking this out of curiosity - how long does it take till the page really gets deleted ? I have seen these kinda warnings elsewhere, but is it ok if i can delete the pages after i see these warnings becoming quite old ?sriks8 (talk) 07:50, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

I think it's 5 days for XFD discussions, and you are not an administrator, thus you cannot delete pages. Sorry! Jonathan 15:07, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Back to Black (album)

See article talk page. Also my removing the list cruft was not vandalism, please see WP:EMBED Sue Wallace (talk) 23:24, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

SharpOS

A tag has been placed on SharpOS, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not indicate the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:SharpOS. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. Carados (talk) 01:03, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

No worries, was trying to add an infobox and it wasn't working and I couldn't figure out why, turned out to be some missing ]]s. - Jord (talk) 03:20, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

V's Place

Hi there! So, got any idea for signatures? Thanks. :)-- Vintei  Talk  01:15, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm...I make sigs only custom to the user. I really don't make any premade sigs, but I do sometimes design sigs just for fun. Thanks, Jonathan 02:04, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
Uh. I mean, do you have any ideas for new designs? Please reply on my talk page. And just a word of wise, volunteering to be an assistant is great, but you should have advised me before you added your name to the shop. I hope you come up with some designs in 1 week, if not, I'll have to fire you. No offense.-- Vintei  Talk  17:36, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
Yes, but I only release them when the user requests them. I guess you'll have to "fire" me then, because this is my custom. Jonathan 02:43, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

huh?

an edit summary for what? all i have been doing is signing guestbooks... Sirkadtalksign 02:38, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

When you edit a page, you'll see a tiny white box below the editing field. That's where you enter an edit summary. The reason for this, is that I have VF and it highlights all user page edits that weren't made by the user. Please at leats type "signed" or "sign". Thanks, Jonathan 02:41, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

Cool!

Here's what we need done. We need a complete overhaul of the page. Also, we need 30 predesigned pages, with screenshots of all of them. Maybe The Transhumanist and Sirex98 can help. If you know anyone else that designs userpages, feel free to contact them too. You've got all the time in the world right now, so feel free to do whatever you think would need to be done to get the predesigned pages to look nice.

Also, I'm going to be opening a "Personalized Pages" section for those who don't find what they like on the "Predesigned Pages" page. I was thinking it could be formatted like an infobox that you might find in an article, so putting one together would be easier. Delete this message after you read it and respond on my talk. Again, thanks! --Gp75motorsports REV LIMITER 15:02, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
